Elevate Salon (a unit of Elevate Cosmetics Private Limited) provides salon, spa, and beauty services, both at our salon locations and at-home. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice. All services are subject to availability.
Appointments can be booked through our website or mobile application. By booking an appointment, you agree to be present at the scheduled time. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in case of unforeseen circumstances. A minimum notice of 2 hours is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late arrivals may result in a reduced service time or cancellation of the appointment.
All payments must be made in full at the time of booking or at the time of service, as applicable. We accept all major payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any applicable taxes will be charged over and above the service cost.
Cancellations made more than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund. Refunds for services that did not meet expectations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To access certain features of our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose. You agree not to harass, abuse, or threaten our staff or other users. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data. Any misconduct may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action if warranted.
