At Elevate Salon (a unit of Elevate Cosmetics Private Limited) ("Elevate", "we", "us", "our"), we strive to provide you with the best salon and spa experience. We understand that plans can change, and we have designed this Refund & Cancellation Policy to be fair and transparent for all our customers.
Free Cancellation
You may cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. No cancellation charges will apply.
Late Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the total booking amount.
No Show
If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior cancellation, a no-show fee of up to 50% of the total booking amount may be charged.
You can cancel your appointment through any of the following methods:
a. Through the Elevate App - Navigate to your booking and tap "Cancel Appointment"
b. By calling our support team at the number provided on the Contact Us page
c. By sending an email to info@elevatelifestyle.in with your booking details
You may reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will be treated as a cancellation and a new booking.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method. In some cases, refunds may be issued as store credit which can be used for future bookings.

In rare circumstances, Elevate may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances such as staff unavailability, technical issues, or force majeure events. In such cases:
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of a service provided, please notify us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will review your complaint and may offer a complimentary redo of the service or a partial/full refund at our discretion. All complaints will be resolved within 7 business days.
